(Quadriplegic Gamer) Need help with accessible controller on Xbox one

So I broke my neck 4 years ago and I found my love of gaming recently. It frees me from my everyday struggles and stresses. Being a c4-c5 quad means I have no use of my fingers and I need a specially designed controller to help me game, which I have. But
the one I have, has the eternals of a 360 controller, but I now game on an Xbox One. I have all the accessories and attachments to get the 360 controller working on my Xbox One but the one issue I am having is that the left and right triggers are misfiring.
(In halo 5 Guardians) The triggers are detected when I want to shoot but whenever I spawn into a new game I throw all of my grenades. The problem I have with other games is the triggers are activated all of the time. I feel that I may have to adjust the dead
zones on the triggers to get the controller to work but I do not know how to adjust these from the console. Question 1) Does anyone have experience with triggers firming when you dont want them too or is this a problem that is exclusive to my controller? Question
2) is there anyway I get in contact with Microsoft about this issue? Thousands of people each year are left with spinal cord injuries a year and it is a very difficult injury to deal with. For me video games are my freedom in life and I feel that people in
my situation are being neglected. Why is there no adapted controllers? Are we not worth it? I do occasionally stream on twitch.tv and this is my channel -> www.twitch.tv/game_n_poo

Forza 3 question on configuring controller(I am quadraplegic and need to map analog sticks)

Hi everyone! I want to purchase Forza 3(I downloaded trial but wouldnt allow me to map controls) but need to know, as I am quadriplegic and have limited use of my fingers, if in the full game I am able to change controller configuration so that I can use
analog stick for acceleration. Any help would be appreciated!
