Quadrant 2 and 4 flashing green

I've been watching a movie for a bit and out of no where quadrant 2 and quadrant 4 of the circle have simultaneously started to flash green. What in the world does this mean? No errors have popped up and I haven't found any info on here or other sites.

All help is greatly appreciated.

2 red rings only with GTA V

When you see the 2 flashing red lights, hold the sync button on the console and press the eject button. This will give you some rapidly flashing red lights. Make note of how many quadrants are doing this. Repeat this 3 more times to obtain a 4 digit sequence.

Four rapidly flashing quadrants = a numerical 0

Three rapidly flashing quadrants = a numerical 3

Two rapidly flashing quadrants = a numerical 2

One rapidly flashing quadrant = a numerical 1

With the 2 flashing red lights, you will most likely get 0011 (CPU), 0012 (GPU), or 0013 (RAM).

 

XBOX 360 Controller connecting to Windows 10 64-bit PC issues

I have both Xbox Controller and receiver and When connected to my Windows 10 64-bit PC, the receiver flashes green light, and on Controller when I touch the button to pair them, the circle in quadrants in circular motion starts flashing for a while and soon
stops that motion and just continues blinking (all quadrants altogether) ... and still I did not succeed in using the purchased device, please advise, help what to do next to be able to use the Controller on my PC ?

Correction, it is quadrants 1 and 4.

 

If there's no red in your quadrants, it doesn't really mean anything. Could be controller sync issues or something of that nature, but reboot your console just to be sure.

 

it is suggesting that your controller is going flat or there is a sync issue

 

It just means controllers are attached and bound to port 1 and port 4 on the console.
