QR code redeemed but game not downloading?

Can anyone help please? I bought an X Box One with Forza 6 - have redeemed the QR code via the Kinect however the game is stuck at 0% loading. Have no idea how to resolve this issue.

I redeemed my day one qr code over a month ago

but still i didn't get the achievement on my account.

Thanks for your suggestion Maxen13 - it has now gone up to 4% but that has been an hour and a half! We have fibre so certainly don't have slow broadband. Would it be a good idea to leave it or have a go at the power cycle?

 

Power cycling won't reset any installation progress, so it can be worth doing. I've personally done it and occasionally noticed a speed increase (and other times no change).

As a means of comparison, go to Setings>Network>Bandwidth Usage and note the number under "current usage" (left-hand side) before and after the power cycle to see if the speeds increased.

If you have other devices actively using the home network too (especially for things like other downloads and streaming TV/films), it can be worth turning those off and you should see a bump in the speed of the Forza Motorsport 6 download.
