Qauntum break Pre order codes issues (have contacted xbox support told me to post here)

Hi i pre ordered Qauntum break of the xbox live store but i have yet to receive my pre order codes i have contacted xbox support

My reference number is[Mod Removed]

And they have told me to post here to get it looked in to properly the game has been out over two weeks now and i woud like to know what happend to my codes or i woud like a refund as i feel like i have been robbed for how long i have had to wait.
