[Q] Cloud Savegames - History

Hey dear community

Ubisoft destroyed my first XBO experience, by overwriting my profiles (50%-) savegame with the savegame of my girlfriends profile.

That happened while logging out the one and logging in with the other (my) profile.

So Ubisoft had no idea how to help me, neither microsoft chat nor phone support had.

I know, that databases have history functions... I even learned that in highschool, how to implement that. Okay, that's a few years ago.

But I am sure, also Microsoft has still saved my (original, older) savegame in the history of the cloud-savegame database, before the error occured.

But I also understand, the support has no idea, which team within this huge company has the competence to access that history and is allowed to do a rollback for my Xbox live profile.

They even couldn't give me a contact of somebody who can help me with that issue...

Does anybody of you (maybe here are also some microsoft technicians?!) know, who is allowed to do a rollback for certain accounts?

I don't give up my last hope, that somebody exists, who is allowed to do that, as long that history still exists... cause i know it is technical easily possible.

ps: that we all talk about the same thing: with "history" i mean the (more or less) backup database, with which it's possible to do a rollback.

Gta 5 Singleplayer Savegames as Copy to the Microsoft Cloud ?

Yes have Tested now, have Delete my Offline Singleplayer Savegame, and...

The Offline Savegame have Synchronisation from Cloud to me.

Can't play my games

it depends on your setup if you can use your stuff offline. in general every gamertag and every savegame can be used offline, in case of savegame use your hdd storage instead of cloud. if you used cloud, you can still copy your savegames to hdd as there
is a local cache for your savegames in cloud settings. games can be used offline under following condition: it does not explicit require internet and it was purchased on your own account.

Thanks for the support message.

Once a save game is deleted/overwritten/corrupted, it can not be recovered. The Cloud is your backup and if Ubisoft made you do that, then you would need to contact them about that. There is no special team that can restore saves for you.
