Pyramid won't open

A few days ago while playing Pyramid the screen went blank, I closed Microsoft Solitaire Collection (MSC), reopened it, and now Pyramid won't open. I uninstalled then reinstalled MSC using the wsreset.exe method specified. The Pyramid game opened and asked
if I wanted to continue the game saved in the cloud. I clicked yes, and now Pyramid won't open anymore. Trying the uninstall/reinstall/wsreset routine didn't work the second time, Pyramid still won't open.

Obviously, the saved game in the cloud is corrupted, and I have no way to delete or otherwise modify what is in the cloud. Can Microsoft/Xbox delete this saved game for me so I can play Pyramid again?

System Info: HP p6228p, Windows 10 Home, Version 1703, OS Build 15063.483

I'm sorry to see any Solitaire issues! I checked it out just to make sure there's no larger issues, however it seems to be working for me. If you haven't already, be sure to uninstall and reinstall the app and see how that works for you.

If that doesn't, let me know and we'll work on our next steps from there.

Pyramid Won't Launch

Using Microsoft Solitare forever. Been a week at least since I've been able to launch Pyramid. VERY FRUSTRATING. Reloaded the game, didn't help.

Having the same issue. Was playing Pyramid one night, and it just poofed, like I was kicked off the Xbox site. Since then Pyramid will not open, and I have uninstalled and reinstalled MS Solitaire Suite, along with reboots in between the steps, and still
Pyramid will not open. I click on the Pyramid Tile, and it goes to the next page with the loading message, and that's as far as it gets.

It could be something with security settings in your antivirus program.

Try Uninstalling Antivirus!

If you have Mcafee, it could be a possible problem!

After that, and a restart, solitaire
