Pyramid Solitaire

This is the start picture of the game. Can anybody tell me how can I remove the top 10 & 3 cards when all 10's are on the pile and there is only one 3 card available on the bottom card stack? Each combination I tried, ended to fail.

Cannot play pyramid

Can someone tell me why the pyramid solitaire will not play. I can play all the other card games except pyramid soitaire.

That's how many games end. With a random draw of the cards, sometimes at least one of a pair is behind all the matching cards so that came cannot be completed. All the Daily Challenge games are guaranteed to be solvable, but none of the regular games are.
In this case, the best you can do is to clear all the cards except the top 10 and 3 which will give you the highest possible points, but then you'll need a new draw to continue.

It sounds like it's the pyramid event on Solitaire collection. It's probably a technical error. They will be working on a fix for it.

Same problem - was playing pyramid 3 days ago - it froze, crashed the microsoft solitaire collection program. All other games work - no pyramid. Pyramid DOES work on the daily challenges, just not the standalone. WSReset doesn't work. deleting, reinstall
doesn't work.

I'm following you now, you mean skip the deck within the current game, not skip to a new game. I don't think I've specifically seen that feature in any card game. It wouldn't be a bad feature to add.

lol sorry I was trying to say that this feature exists. You should
have a button in the lower left hand corner of the screen to start a new game. It's a Plus sign, which ends the current game and starts a new deck.
