Pyramid solitaire - unwinnable game

I have played two straight games where the game is unwinnable below is a screen shot . In the game you must get a combination of cards adding to 13. Queens are 12 points and aces are worth 1 point. Notice all the queens 4) are behind the aces and not available
to clear the aces from the board. The game is lost for the beginning. See second screen shot below. The first screen has the same problem this time all the aces are in lower rows than the queen at the top of the pyramid. This is another unwinnable game from
the outset. I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled prior to these games.

If that is the case I will uninstall the app. My experience is about 1 out of 3 are unwinnable in pyramid solitaire . I will uninstall the app and play the one on my Amazon Fire tablet. I have played 10 games so far and only 1 unwinnable game.

Sorry to hear you are having a hard time completing this level. I understand that the queens and the a's are not lining up to combine for the 13 but I would assume that there would be more possible ways to add up to 13 than just those 2 cards. for example
the 8+5 or 10+3.

I know these may be hard sometimes but just don't give up and you will complete this level.

In order to unlock either ace you need a queen, and all four a locked behind an ace.

To OP:

If this was a challenge, it's a bug.

If not, it's just RNG.

The only combination that will clear Ace which is worth one point is a Queen that is worth 12 points. If the card you need to clear the ace is unavailable or cannot be gotten to by the right combination of moves then why play the game?

Only the Daily Challenges are tested and guaranteed to be solvable (meaning you can make the challange goal).
