What can I do to get it back?

Pyramid

The Pyramid game won't load in my Windows 10 Solitaire Collection, although all other games seem fine. I just get the "Loading" page but it never does. Any advice?

 

Hanging after a game, rosette appears, no reward, hangs ...

Same here, but for me it's just the Pyramid game. Not in the Daily Challenges or Events, just the regular Pyramid game. All the others (Classic Solitaire/Spider/Freecell/TriPeaks) seem to load fine. Even in the Daily Challenges Pyramid loads ok, just
if I go to play the regular game. I recently upgraded to W10 Creator, but that was a few days ago, and everything seemed to be fine. Then, as you said, a couple of days ago I was playing Pyramid and the whole MS Solitaire crashed. When I went to start the
game again, Pyramid wouldn't load, just that spinning circle and "Loading" for ever and ever.

I take a little solace in the knowledge that it's not just me.

 

On mine the game crashed, and since then I just get the Loading thing spinning endlessly even after I un- and reinstalled it. Windows 10.

Make sure you are running the current version of Windows 10, you should be on version 1703, this is the latest Windows 10 Creators Update. I am on the Windows Insider program and during the betapreview there was an issue with Solitaire, Wordament, and other
Microsoft game apps just hanging and not loading. All this was fixed with the latest update and I haven't had an issue with any of the apps since. There is a link there to check which version of Windows you are running too and then you can decide to upgrade if you need to.

 

Mine stopped working after I upgraded to 1703 while I was playing the game. Cleared a board & the game hung while the final card animation had just started. I've uninstalled/reinstalled the game several times, run the Store App troubleshooter multiple times, did
a repair install of Windows 10 Pro, verified all updates installed, ran full malware scans, and Pyramid still hangs with the spinning circle. Problem also occurs on my laptop running Windows 10 Home. What I find curious is it runs perfect on my Android tablet,
but every time Pyramid starts it asks if I want to use the cloud storage save data or local. The cloud storage save date date/time stamp is always the same. It does not seem to matter which save data I use, the game runs fine on the tablet, but the PC version
does not get the same query & refuses to run. I'm stumped, and I get really annoyed with MS support saying to create another user account because they don't want to solve the issue.

 

I have this issue as well, Win 10 just updated, but it didn't help the pyramid game issue.... What a pain in the

 

I think a lot of people are having the problem. This has also happened in other daily games. If I did not know better, haha, I would say this is a way of getting us to pay for NO ADS. I would, but they only do it per game, not a one price pays for all
ads to go away. Jigsaw is almost impossible to play score attack on expert with the ads not loading, BUT the timer continues!

Make a one price takes away the ads for all the games, or make the same game without ads that you pay to get. If you have that for the daily games, please let me know and I will pay for the game, but not monthly per game to get rid of ads.

As I stated before, I was having this same issue but it all resolved once I made sure I had all the Windows 10 updates installed. To make sure you are current with the updates, go to 'Update and Security' in settings and click on check for updates. It's
a good idea to do this from time to time even if your updates install automatically just to make sure you got them all.

 

Evidently it is not related to windows 10 updates as I am able to play all solitaire games on an alternate login. On my primary login Pyramid will not open. My guess is that the x-box log will not clear on my primary log-in.

 

I don't remember if I logged all the way out of my account when I finally got mine working again, I may have honestly, but now I am just guessing I am a member of the Windows Insiders program as well and they push out updates all the time. I do know that
after one of the updates, is when it started working again.
