Pyramid Solataire will not finish loading

Since Sunday, 5/14/2017, The Pyramid Solataire Game in the Microsoft Solataire Collection will not finish loading. Pyramid Solataire will load if played from/through a daily challenge, however, it will not load when selected as a stand alone game. All of
the other game choices load.

Scorekeeping really sucks

I've been playing the Solataire Challenges. Today I completed the 30 challenges...in what I THINK WAS A TERRIFIC TIME. I did it in about 2 1/2 hours. When I checked the Leaderboard.....it said I took over 7 hours. NOT! What does it do...not allow you
to take a break. Do you have to start the Game and sit there an finish without getting up???? Not fair.

Pyramid Suddenly Won't Launch

Having the same issue. Was playing Pyramid one night, and it just poofed, like I was kicked off the Xbox site. Since then Pyramid will not open, and I have uninstalled and reinstalled MS Solitaire Suite, along with reboots in between the steps, and still
Pyramid will not open. I click on the Pyramid Tile, and it goes to the next page with the loading message, and that's as far as it gets.

I have the same issue and it started about the same date. I've uninstalled and re-installed from the MS store multiple times but that hasn't helped.

I'm having the same problem. It started yesterday when the game suddenly crashed. Everything is UTD.

Hey all.

Sorry to hear about the Solitaire loading troubles. MeagerMars3146 mentioned they tried uninstalling and reinstalling. To check, after you uninstalled did you restart your PC before reinstalling? Often times that will clear up temporary files.

I have the same problem. Uninstalled and reinstalled, ran fine for a couple of weeks, then stopped loading again.

Same here, but for me it's just the Pyramid game. Not in the Daily Challenges or Events, just the regular Pyramid game. All the others (Classic Solitaire/Spider/Freecell/TriPeaks) seem to load fine. Even in the Daily Challenges Pyramid loads ok, just
if I go to play the regular game. I recently upgraded to W10 Creator, but that was a few days ago, and everything seemed to be fine. Then, as you said, a couple of days ago I was playing Pyramid and the whole MS Solitaire crashed. When I went to start the
game again, Pyramid wouldn't load, just that spinning circle and "Loading" for ever and ever.

I take a little solace in the knowledge that it's not just me.
