    Pyramid problem, cannot enter the game (?)


    When I attempt to enter and play 'Pyramid' on my computer, I get a blue screen that indicates it is loading but, for some reason it never loads. I tried rebooting my computer but it changed nothing. Ran all cleaners, defraged the hard drive and tried
    to get into this game again but nothing. It starts to Load from the blue screen but it never loads....... Not sure what to do. I use this Pyramid game to relax after work and I am not a gamer persay. Need help, does anyone have an answer on this
    one ?

    Cannot enter game

    I recently had a virus on my computer, which I eliminated successfully. Since then, I have not been able to get into Microsoft, Bingo, Mahjong or Solitaire. Xbox shows that I am signed in but it just keeps bringing me back to my desktop. I have uninstalled
    & reinstalled about 10 times, restarted the computer between each attempt. I checked my Antivirus program to be sure that it was allowing it to run. What now?

    Same problem - was playing pyramid 3 days ago - it froze, crashed the microsoft solitaire collection program. All other games work - no pyramid. Pyramid DOES work on the daily challenges, just not the standalone. WSReset doesn't work. deleting, reinstall
    doesn't work.

    I had no problems in doing the pyramid. Did it on my first time through. I am having problems with the Klondike one...I know I am doing something wrong on it, but cannot figure it out.

    I think you can only go through the deck 3 times in pyramid, that's why.

    Microsoft Solitaire Collection, Pyramid Game, Deck Difficulty

    I am experiencing the same issue whereby I cannot change the default difficulty setting of "Random" within Pyramid. Klondike difficulty setting is easy to change -- wished it were the same in Pyramid.

    If you know of an update or how to change the default difficulty setting of "Random" in Pyramid, please let me know.
