Pylon 512 prismatic core problem

I started playing a few days ago, and I am at The Warren's door and can not get in because I don't have enough prismatic cores. I revisited Pylon 512 and went to the area where there were 6 power cells to gather. I had already gathered them and had a problem
then, I just didn't know it. Now I can't get the core from the wall, but the power cells are there and the green circles telling me where to stand are there. How do I get this fixed?

so you have all three white power cells on the floor, and enough power cores to let you to that door but you still can't get it?

It's the room that is up the ramp, and through the room where the blue rifle mod is available. The room is also the first time the recharge circles show up. There are 6 green power cells, and yes I have all 6, and the green rings show up over the pad where
you stand to extract the prismatic sphere.

Not sure if this is your problem, but I have had a couple doors not give me the "RS to extract" message. But I did it anyway and it pulled out the core and opened the door.

I have 81 prismatic cores and can enter every dungeon in the game. I have also completely finished all 17 dungeons again (I went through the big blue gate at the end of every dungeon and left them at the fast travel point; except "Core Factory", "Pylon 512"
and "The Warren" because they are story related and I can't do anything in them after my first visit). I have really no idea how I can get this achievement. Maybe a new playthrough... or am I doing anything wrong?

I reloaded the game like 3 times before I found the chest. You can shoot and destroy them. So I was *** myself. Finally ran in that room and saw the open prompt...
