Pylon 512 not updating

Im at 45% in to the game way past the Pylon 512, I have come back to get a few things the cores don't update it says I have 2/5 but I know I have all. Also the objective marker is still active but only when im in the Dungeon.

Stuck in Pylon 512

It's the first place where you have to open a switch by switching to red and shooting the floating switch. I don't have red available so I'm stuck in Pylon 512 without the ability to leave Pylon 512 or progress in Pylon 512. I don't know what I'm supposed
to do. Is it a glitch or am I missing something?

I reloaded the game like 3 times before I found the chest. You can shoot and destroy them. So I was *** myself. Finally ran in that room and saw the open prompt...

 

Hi sharp256, after the 10/5/2016 update, they introduced a new bug for Pylon 512. Mine also says 2/5 but I know I have 4/4 there. (I read in some other forums that other people have this same issue.) So, I am sure you have all 4, but it is just mislabeled.

As for the objective marker, I found that if you replay a previous story dungeon to the end, it will change the marker on you. For example, I had beaten the game and my objective marker still told me to go back to Eden Tower. I replayed The Warren to the
end and suddenly my marker changed to finding another Pylon or something like that. I think you should just be able to continue to the objective you should be on and all will be okay. I don't know that for sure, but I think you'll be okay.
