PXN V9 app does not switch to Xbox steering wheel

Whenever I launch Forza horizon 5 with my Pxn V9 steering wheel, it keeps it to Xbox controller settings not Xbox steering wheel settings. I tried using the Pxn V9 App to change it from Xbox Handle to Xbox-Steering Wheel, but it did not change. I think that the app is broken and when I went to the contact page for the Pxn V9 Wheel, you can only contact them with E-Mail. I had this issue for about 2 months now and still mad.

Please let me know if there is a fix for this
