I have tried on both forza 4 and 5 and I connect it directly into the Xbox and I’m actually asking for a friend and he doesn’t have a pc near him

Let’s try to perform some possible solutions on your console while you can get access to a PC:

A. Perform a physical power cycle by disconnecting the power cable:

“Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.

Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.



Important, Be sure to wait at least 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.

Plug the console power cable back in.

Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on.”

B. Perform a factory reset:

Go to Settings > System > Console info > Reset > select keep my games and apps.

The previous procedure is not going to remove your installed data, however, make sure to know the credentials for all the profiles registered on your console.

May I know if is this happening in all the compatible games with this device, or is only a single game where you experience this?

Additionally, are you connecting the device directly to a USB port on your console, or are you using a USB hub?

Lastly, if you have a PC close to you, please try connecting and using your wheel there.

Hi this is on Xbox and I have tried re calrating it and disconnecting it and reconnecting all the wires and it still has the same issue
