PVZ not appearing

Discus and support PVZ not appearing in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; My son has just got Xbox one and on his Xbox 360 he had a digital download of Plants Vs Zombies (which is on the compatibly list) but this game for not...     PVZ not appearing


    My son has just got Xbox one and on his Xbox 360 he had a digital download of Plants Vs Zombies (which is on the compatibly list) but this game for not appear on the 'ready to install' section on his Xbox one ... Can any one help any this game is not appearing?

    PVZ not appearing

    Hi, make sure he is logged into the same account which was used to download the game, then it should show in the ready to install section.

    He is but not showing ... also noticed that on his 360 under games the PVZ game doesn't have the text 'Xbox One' against it like 2 other games on his list which are appearing. Also the PVZ game on his 360 list only shows the XboxLive cover art rather than
    the PVZ art.

    I have found out why now and its 'Plants Vs Zombies' which is compatible and not 'Plants Vs Zombies : Garden Warfare' :'(

    Problem with my achievements

    Just Sign xbox.com and I have 46,304G. The last 2 achievements were unlocked on FIFA 15 (1)and Destiny (1). The achievement of PvZ does not appear in the game or in my recent achievements unlocked .. do not understand.
