PvsZ garden warfare CODE that i havent recieve

i have waited more than 15 days for this code. xbox support all it does is lie to my face and say "wait 7-10 days and the game will be on your dashboard" i have waited more than enough for the code. when am i gonna get my code?!

No Code Fifa 16 bundle / Garden Warfare

I bought fifa 16 Bundle with Plants vs Zombies Garden Warfare. Fifa 16 works fine, but since 2 weeks no Code for Plants vs. Zombies Garden Warfare. Support told me to write here.

 

What is the code related to? What was the promotion you were taking part in?

 

i bought the Fifa 16 super deluxe edition which includes PvsZ garden warfare. (it was a bundle)

Codes aren't sent out with this particular bundle, you should have automatic access to the content. Have you tried searching for Plants vs Zombies Garden Warfare in the Xbox Store yet? It should show as already purchased. Be sure to also check your Ready
To Install list on the console.
