    Puzzles will not complete downloading


    Puzzles will not complete downloading. One took 8500 points from me; then I tried a free one and same thing happens. I posted on here earlier today - it was here and now has disappeared. What's with needing support? Where can I get answers? It looks
    like other people are not getting answers either.

    Will not download new puzzle pks.

    I have been purchasing new puzzles for a while even though it deducts 'gold bars' it will not complete the download. It will download the free puzzles .

    Microsoft jigsaw won't download puzzle collection

    Does anyone know how to delete jigsaw puzzle collections when they are completed.. It is one of my favorite games, but when I download them and can't DELETE them .. I don't want to use all my space for puzzles..

    PLEASE HELP ME DELETE THE COMPLETED JIGSAW PUZZLES.

    puzzle completion

    Unpin the game from the taskbar and start. Then uninstall the game completely. Go in thru Microsoft Store and reinstall the game. You'll have to go into collections and click on the download buttons, but you'll get everything
    back.

    I strongly agree,, but unable to figure out how to get this message to the developers. Specifically, is there a way to keep the puzzle from disappearing on lock and bug challenges so I can complete the puzzle and see the whole picture? Do the developers
