Discus and support Puzzles that will not download in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I was just wondering if Micro soft is going to address this issue or it their tech support is out on PTO or if I need to not worry about it and find...     I was just wondering if Micro soft is going to address this issue or it their tech support is out on PTO or if I need to not worry about it and find some other game to play? it would be nice to hear some sort of feed back.

    Premium subscription

    Well, I got an email saying that my premium subscription had expired and I thought well, maybe that is why puzzles will not download so I renewed my subscription. Still puzzles will not download.

    Will not download new puzzle pks.

    I have been purchasing new puzzles for a while even though it deducts 'gold bars' it will not complete the download. It will download the free puzzles .

    Thought maybe uninstalling and reinstalling might help. Nope. Now, the puzzles I did have are gone and will also not download.

    Also, just noticed that the Daily Challenges are not downloading either.

    A real pity as I was really enjoying this puzzle game.

    I can only hope that someone is looking at our concerns.

    Puzzles not downloading

    I had the problem of the puzzles not downloading and the program freezing. Xbox support had me uninstall and reinstall the program. I was concerned that I would lose all points and data, but I did not. This worked for
    me.
