    Puzzles stopped working


    Xbox puzzless worked fine last night. Tonight I went in and everything was gone so I uninstalled and when I tried to reinstall it would not allow. I am using windows 8.1, not sure why worked all month and now nothing.

    Please help. Error keeps saying my system can not handle but it meets the requirements.

    download jigsaws

    This used to work just fine but suddenly stopped working. No matter what I do I am unable to download any new puzzles. What is wrong please?

    doesn't work

    I think since last update Jigsaw stopped working. Only empty screen. Where are my progresses and downloaded puzzles gone ? Can I uninstall and reinstall the game without lossing my achievements and all the stuff ?

    Taptiles problems - we need your help!

    Using Taptiles on Win10 Pro. I've been playing Taptiles for about a month without problems. Now Dash has stopped working. The other games (e.g., Daily Challenge, Relaxation, Origins) run fine. With Dash, the puzzle screen loads with the rotate and pause
    buttons showing but the puzzle itself is missing. I've uninstalled and reinstalled TapTiles several times to no avail.

    This is crazy. I really wish they would stop putting out these "short-cut" packs. This reminds of that scene in that episode of Family Guy when Peter is in the thrift store and the salesperson comes up and says something like: "How about a cross-word puzzle
    book with half the puzzles finished? Complete puzzles? Yeah, right! More like, set the book down and get a beer!"
