Puzzles purchased on one computer do not sync to other computers

I have Microsoft Jigsaw installed on both my desktop and laptop computer. On the laptop, it shows that I haven't completed all the Jigsaw Jam puzzles. On the desktop, they show as being completed. The gold score is the same on both computers.

What can I do to get the game back in sync on both computers?

To sync your Jigsaw puzzle history from your old computer with Windows 10 to your new computer with Windows 11, you can follow these steps:

1. Make sure you are signed in to the same Microsoft account on both computers.

2. On your old computer, open Jigsaw and click on the three dots in the top right corner.

3. Select "Settings" and then click on "Sync" in the left-hand menu.

4. Click on "Sync now" to manually sync your puzzle history to the Microsoft cloud.

5. On your new computer, open Jigsaw and sign in with the same Microsoft account.

6. Click on the three dots in the top right corner and select "Settings".

7. Click on "Sync" in the left-hand menu and then click on "Sync now" to download your puzzle history from the Microsoft cloud.

I printed your response to Jgross1 on December 5, 2023 regarding transferring info from my old computer with Windows 10 for Jigsaw Puzzles to a new computer with Windows 11. I followed your steps to sync the old jigsaw game from my old device to my new computer..

I followed step one. In step 1 there were no dots in the top right corner. So, I tried step 3 clicking on sync , clicking on settings but there was no sync option. From that point I did not have a clue what to do. Can you help me?

I have switched from one computer to another and only two of my puzzle collections show up! They still show up on my other computer. Can I get them on both?

Mine is not working either. I have tried on a Windows 7 computer, Windows 8 computer, Xbox one, and Xbox 360. Only My XB1, It keeps asking me to buy the episode, but if I try, it tells me it is trying to sync my purchases and i should be able to buy it momentarily.
