  1. Puzzles not loading after Jigsaw is opened. The "wait" circle cycles endlessly.


    There have been occasional glitches where points were not awarded on completion of a puzzle or I received notification (the fuchsia colored star was not lit) that I had not completed a puzzle when I had. Now, however, I cannot open my puzzles to complete
    them. The situation began, I believe, this last Friday. Has a fix been discovered? I have been disappointed with MS Games since they were changed with MS 10, as they are prone to disappearing mid game. 6/12/2017

    The puzzles are not loading. Jigsaw brings me to the puzzle selection. When I select a puzzles, they are not loading. They remain in loading status and then the screen blacks out and brings me back to the Microsoft Solitaire Collection screen.

    This has to be fixed please.

    Game won't open! Is microsoft jigsaw game going away?

    The same Thing happened to me AFTER an update to Win 10 on both my laptop and my desktop. Jigsaw goes through its startup process ok but when you select a game to play it acts as if it will open but comes to a black screen with the loading circle cycling.
    I have uninstalled, redownloaded and reinstalled Jigsaw with no change to the symptoms.

    Same thing for me. It is getting really bad! Usually I would close out of the Microsoft Solitaire Collection app, and restart it, then Jigsaw would open. Now it takes a half dozen or more times. It is truly becoming unplayable. This morning
    I have a puzzle at 36% complete, and I've been trying for about an hour to load Jigsaw to finish it to no avail. My PC is a beast, so it is not that my machine is under-powered. Also Jigsaw erases my progress of completed puzzles arbitrarily. So damn frustrating!
    This can't be that hard to fix. I think it has to do with the app loading an advertisement during these rotating circles thing.

    Ok, since we've gotten no response from this forum, I went looking for a solution to the downloading puzzle problems. It's probably in your privacy settings.

    I found this solution in another support forum.

    1. Close Microsoft Jigsaw. 2. Go to settings. 3. Click on Privacy. 4. Click on Background Apps. 5. Turn on " Let apps run in the background, if it's off. 6. Scroll down to Microsoft Jigsaw and set it to "On"

    Now open Microsoft Jigsaw again and try to down load your puzzles again. If it doesn't work, restart your PC. Mine started working right after the restart. Good Luck.

    Ok, since we've gotten no response from this forum, I went looking for a solution to the downloading puzzle problems. It's probably in your privacy settings.
