Puzzles keep locking up

    Puzzles keep locking up


    My screen keeps freezing up. It lasts 15-30 seconds at a time. It happens about every 2-3 minutes. Very annoying. What is the problem?

    game locking up. reinstalled and lost all my puzzles. I am a premium player

    game was locking up. when I reinstalled I lost all my puzzles. I am a premium member and now I have ads. I want my stuff back. Not very happy!

    I want to know what is going on also. I am having the same problem. I am in the middle of a puzzle and it starts locking up. Has anyone gotten an answer or don't they care?

    Completing Puzzles

    I strongly agree,, but unable to figure out how to get this message to the developers. Specifically, is there a way to keep the puzzle from disappearing on lock and bug challenges so I can complete the puzzle and see the whole picture? Do the developers
    read these questions?

    Puzzle is completed, but next puzzle is not unlocked.

    I complete puzzles, but next puzzle doesn't unlock. I purchased a yearly subscription. How can I get the next puzzle to unlock as the lock puzzle tells me to play the puzzle that I have already played and completed. Please help!

    Microsoft puzzles keep freezing up

    Heya!

    Let's reset the app and see if that solves the problem!

    The steps for that process are as follows:

    1. Open the settings app.
    2. Navigate to System/apps.
    3. In the system sub-menu, navigate to Apps and Features
    4. Search for the app in question.
    5. After selecting the app, select advanced options.
    6. Tap reset.
    7. You may now re-open the app once more

    Let us know how that goes and if you run into the same issue can you possibly share a video of what you are seeing?

    Last Update has Ruined The Game

    Since e view days the same problems here. Yesterday reboost pc and it worked but not today. What must I do to play?
    I agree with everyone I am tired of the game freezing especially when I am playing jigsaw jammer and I am trying to solve the puzzle on the third challenge and by time it unfreezes I have no time to finish the puzzle. I don't have time to keep living online
    all day just to do this game. I am a college student and I have other things to do then live online and try to get these challenges done when it keeps locking up on me. put ads on the thing that are not going to lock the game up. I am not paying for the premium
    version just so it won't freeze up on me. PLEASE FIX THE GAME OR DO BETTER UPDATES SO THE GAME WILL QUIT FEEZING UP ON US I HAVE NO PATCENTS WITH THIS GAME RIGHT ABOUT NOW!!!!!!!!
