    Puzzles that download on pc won't download on tablet. Ongoing problem.

    Puzzles don't download

    OK What is going on the puzzles " Download" won't download completely. Is this the right place to go for support or should this be directed at Arkadium Games. This is extremely aggravating to say the least. I select the puzzle to download it downloads approx.
    75% then it hangs up. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Tim R P.S. FIX the TOPIC AREA it only shows the games beginning with the letter "G"

    New puzzles don't download.

    Tried this. Didn't work. Any other suggestions for the same problem? Microsoft Jigsaw was already turned on in my apps. I turned it off, then back on & still didn't help.

    You should be able to find a solution to help fix your problem here. If the problem is caused by a in game bug then you will need to contact the game developer Microsoft Studios. For more help you can also call official Xbox customer support.

    I found this by accident.

    Close MS Jigsaw

    Go to settings

    Click on privacy

    Click on background apps

    TURN ON Microsoft Jigsaw

    Open MS Jigsaw and try downloading again.

    Now I can downloading.
