puzzles collection and login issue

Discus and support puzzles collection and login issue in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Has this happened to anyone? I haven't played in awhile and some of My puzzle collection is gone that I purchased .... is there a reason why or way to...     puzzles collection and login issue


    Has this happened to anyone? I haven't played in awhile and some of My puzzle collection is gone that I purchased .... is there a reason why or way to retrieve them? Also, do you know why I cannot login to Xbox? Thank you.

    All collections gone

    Had the error issue with Jigsaw puzzles. The game comes up today, but all my puzzles and collections are gone....

    Microsoft Jigsaw Part download of the Barns Collection and Architecture Collection

    Only some of the collections puzzles have downloaded -

    the barns collection (2 puzzles have not downloaded)

    the architecture collection (9 puzzles have not downloaded)

    For both collections I have recieved a message saying the collection has successfully been downloaded.

    Can you tell me why and can you help with this problem.

    Where is my jigsaw puzzle collection?

    My last response was that the collection reappeared. I completed a puzzle in the collection last night, which unlocked a new puzzle within the collection. Tonight, I decided to begin a new puzzle in that same collection, but it has completely disappeared again!

    i LOVE collecting merchandise, but im most proud of my Nintendo collections. Ive collected any zelda puzzles ive come across ( i ADORE PUZZLES), My room is covered in art prints, toys, consoles, games, etc.

    Jigsaw Download Failure

    I cannot download collections of puzzles now - apparently this is a recurring problem. Coins are subtracted but puzzles are unavailable to play.
