Discus and support Puzzles are not downloading again. Just sits there saying downloading. in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Games still won't download on the daily challenge.     Puzzles are not downloading again. Just sits there saying downloading.


    Games still won't download on the daily challenge. Really frustrating since I paid for an upgrade. Did I waste my money?

    Puzzles won't download but it takes my credits

    I try to download new puzzles and it starts the process and takes my credits but nothing happens. It just sits there saying downloading and nothing downloads. It just gets stuck in the downloading process.

    I am trying to download new puzzles it takes my points but the download never works it just keeps saying downloading.

    I'm having trouble finding how to reset. I'm using Win11 and it's up to date as of 2 hours ago. PC settings I know - then I get Apps > Default apps. Then I have Xbox, Xbox Console Companion, Game Bar, Game speech window, game UI, Live. I don't know where to go from here. :-(

    Hi Marcycn!

    What exactly is the game you’re having an issue with?

    Is that a game update?

    For our basic troubleshooting steps, simply restart your PC and check if it will start downloading.

    You may also turn on airplane mode and wait for few seconds before turning it off and reconnect to your network.

    Don’t forget to check for Windows updates and get all available updates from the Microsoft Store.
