    download problems

    I purchased puzzle sets with my gold bars. It took my gold bars but will not download my puzzles. How do I get my puzzle sets to download?

    Downloading new puzzles not working

    Looks like I'm not the only one having this problem. I saved up enough gold bars to get some new puzzles. Paid for a new puzzle, gold bars taken, but no puzzle downloaded.

    No gold bars are used to purchase new puzzles.

    I have been purchasing new puzzles for a while even though it deducts 'gold bars' it will not complete the download. It will download the free puzzles .
