puzzle sets won't download

Discus and support puzzle sets won't download in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I have 17 puzzle sets that won't download. Do I have to get rid of previous sets?     puzzle sets won't download


    I have 17 puzzle sets that won't download. Do I have to get rid of previous sets? If so, how do I get rid of them?

    Also, when I try to use the forum pages to get help, it asks me to sign in. Problem is I AM signed in.

    I purchased puzzle sets with my gold bars. It took my gold bars but will not download my puzzles. How do I get my puzzle sets to download?

    This process did not work for me. I have tried uninstalling the Application, resetting the application and changing my privacy settings. Nothing works. I am using the "Free" version, next I will upgrade to the premium version.
    It should have worked, so sorry it didn't. Did you make sure all the settings were as I showed and then restart the PC ? I don't think the paid version will fix things either. I've seen reports of the same DL problems with the paid ver. Good luck. In
    the meantime, make your own puzzles.
