    Puzzle problem


    This problem with the puzzles is there for over 2 months.

    A firm as Microsoft ought to be able to listen to its costumers and solve the problem as written. Or am I wrong?

    I dare you, Microsoft to do something about the problem and keep your costumers happy!!!

    Need new puzzles

    Need more puzzles I've done them all no problem downloading them I've made several puzzles out of my own pictures but not as nice as Microsoft puzzles

    Jigsaw Download Failure

    I cannot download collections of puzzles now - apparently this is a recurring problem. Coins are subtracted but puzzles are unavailable to play.

    freezing up

    I just signed in to jigsaw puzzles trying to put together a puzzle. It has froze up on me 3 times just doing the edge pieces, then it kicked me completely out of jigsaw puzzles. A friend is having the same problem. Is Microsoft ever going to repair the problem?

    Jigsaw puzzle closes

    Program shutting down is a big problem with the daily challenges. After completing a puzzle, it shuts down and does not check off the puzzle as completed.

    Thank you so much for your response. It appears that my only solution to the problem is to go to another group of puzzles. Not such a big problem! They offer many many puzzles. There doesn't seem to be any way to end that puzzle. Maybe in the future I'll
    go back to it and see if I can finish it.

    Freezes every few minutes

    using latest update in Win 10 puzzle freezes regardless of puzzle size. close out and open app and and experience same symptoms!

    very frustrating love the app before the upgrade to larger puzzles. never had the problem before!
