I recently downloaded windows 10. Now the puzzle pieces are difficult to move with the mouse.

new winter set does not control correctly with the mouse very erratic

does anyone know how to fix the mouse control for the puzzle pieces, I have change mice batteries and mouse pads, restarted several time and no luck, it works for a few pieces then the puzzle move all over and the pointer will not pick up a puzzle piece
very frustrating help please

Have a hard time controlling the mouse to move pieces

What is the issue with the Microsoft jigsaw puzzles? It is the only game whereby I set the mouse to move a piece and it will not move or move wherever it wants. Continuation of this will cause me to quit playing the Jigsaw!

Pieces of the puzzle. Right now, you have to move one puzzle piece at a time. Is there a way I can move a group of puzzle pieces to another spot at one time?

I am experiencing the same issue. At first I thought it was my mouse's battery going bad/dead. So I tried a new battery, but that did NOT fix the problem!! I do not remember when it first started, it was either after I download my first extra puzzle or
after Windows did an update or both. But since then I have been having problems playing Jigsaw; having it freeze up especially when I am trying to move a puzzle piece, trying to click on a puzzle piece to pick it up to move it, sometimes when the game loads
up it freezes, and sometimes after I complete a puzzle it will freeze up/crash.

Hopefully Microsoft will address/fix these "issues"/"bugs"!

To play bug catcher you need to trap the bug with pieces on all four sides. The bug will move each time you place a piece and often change direction. Start by organizing your pieces so you can see all the edges. Place a puzzle piece to block an avenue
of escape. Remember, you have a limited number of moves or minutes, so make every piece count. Stick with the easy puzzles until you are confident in your technique.

Unlock the puzzle and move the size slider bar to the right. You may have to move the pieces to a more central location to keep them on the board.
