    Puzzle piece stuck on top of puzzle.


    I am doing a puzzle on Microsoft Jigsaw. One puzzle piece is stuck on top of the nearly completed puzzle. When I try to remove it, the whole puzzle shifts with my mouse, including the piece that overlays the puzzle.

    I've found a similar issue in Microsoft Community: Has anyone encountered a problem with Jigsaw puzzle pieces moving by themselves? This started happening during the last two weeks - Microsoft Community. I suggest you report the issues you're experiencing through the Windows Feedback Hub. This allows Microsoft to gather information and potentially address the problem in future updates. To submit feedback to the developers, simultaneously press the Windows logo key and the F key on your keyboard.

    Before submitting the feedback, try to troubleshoot the app by running the Windows troubleshooter. You can follow these steps:

    • Go to Settings (the gear icon) via the Start/Windows icon bottom left of your screen
    • Click on Update & Security
    • Click on Troubleshoot
    • Click on Additional troubleshooters
    • Click on Windows Store Apps (at the very bottom)
