Puzzle locked, can't open it

Let's go ahead and sign out of the app then sign back in and check if you are able to open the puzzle that way. Also, let's try to reset the app following the steps here:

Settings>System>Apps & Features>Microsoft Jigsaw>Advanced Options>Reset.

Please let us know if those steps help get you back into the puzzle.

Same here. It was working great for almost a year (and I was playing it often) with no crashes. Then all of a sudden I can't even open a puzzle before it crashes, can't even get to the point to pick a puzzle. I've tried all the recommended troubleshooting
with no luck.

I don't have any hints but I am having the same problem that you are having. Is there anyone that can help us out on this issue?

Microsoft Mahjong has new puzzles to solve. Have solved the new puzzles in the different categories [Easy "Bumps" - Medium "Coffee Cups" - Hard "Keys"] but the next puzzle won't unlock. I have solved each of these puzzles at least three or more times.

I do like the fact that the Daily Challenges finally all open and don't lock up.

I complete puzzles, but next puzzle doesn't unlock. I purchased a yearly subscription. How can I get the next puzzle to unlock as the lock puzzle tells me to play the puzzle that I have already played and completed. Please help!

Thanks for the reply. When I click on all of the collections, I of course see everything. However, if I click on a puzzle that I have already purchased, it states that I don't have enough coins to make that purchase. And of course, I can't open it to finish my puzzles.
