    puzzle keeps freezing


    I seem to be having the same problem that a lot of other users are having. I'm just glad it's not my pc. I start a puzzle and move a few pieces and everything freezes and the puzzle shuts down and I have to start over. This has been happening for the last
    2-3 weeks. What's going on, is there a fix for this problem?

    Can someone fix the problems with this ad? It keeps freezing up the puzzles and crashing. Extremely annoying!

    I'm having the same problem. It is about time to FIX it! If this keeps up, I will NOT pay to get rid of the ads, I will quit first!

    Microsoft puzzles keep freezing up

    Heya!

    Let's reset the app and see if that solves the problem!

    The steps for that process are as follows:

    1. Open the settings app.
    2. Navigate to System/apps.
    3. In the system sub-menu, navigate to Apps and Features
    4. Search for the app in question.
    5. After selecting the app, select advanced options.
    6. Tap reset.
    7. You may now re-open the app once more

    Let us know how that goes and if you run into the same issue can you possibly share a video of what you are seeing?
