    Puzzle is freezing


    My puzzle is freezing up about every 30 seconds. It seems to coincide with the ad change. Can you please fix this problem? It is very annoying and is using up time on the challenges!

    WHY does the puzzles keep freezing up. VERY frustrating to try to do a puzzle. Is there any way to fix it?

    I haven't had a problem for a few days but it's especially bad today. Freezing after every ad. I wonder what the sponsors would think if they were aware of the problems.
