Puzzle is completed, but next puzzle is not unlocked.

Hi there! Just wanted to bump this. I too have been playing Bumps over and over, showing the achievement, most recently played and playing without reshuffles to which Crown does not unlock. Hoping the update comes around soon so I can unlock everything

 

Good news: the fix is currently being tested and once it passes through the testing process (which should be this week or early next week), it will be propagated to all players.

 

I still cannot get from bumps to crown after playing all of the easy puzzles repeatedly that are unlocked. Also cannot unlock Ears or Marks the spot.

 

The testing of a fix for this issue was announced a few months ago and still no release of the fix.

I appreciate that this is a free game, however the developers are not earning kudos for their commercial products if they cannot resolve this issue.

 

How do I get from bumps to crown? I've played the game over repeatedly. It's telling me the game has not been completed.

 

I was having the same problem, I was able to resolve the problem by creating a new Xbox live account since using the new account I have been able to unlock all the Mahjong games, so it would appear the problem is with the Xbox live account settings.

 

I am having this same problem - have Windows 8.1 - so where is or how do I obtain this fix??

 

I have Windows 10 Majhong version and every level has unlock problems. Cannot play from (Easy) Crown, (Medium) Ears, (Hard) Castle, (Expert) Complex. All previous levels finished, but Majhong is stuck. Seems there have been multiple promised of a fix,
but none seem to be available. MS, you don't do yourself any good by releasing broken programs, whether they are free or not (seems some paid subscribers also have the same problems).

 

I added Microsoft Mahjong to my Windows 10 pc. At the first set up of MS Mahjong, I could play all levels and it unlocked the next feature. Daily Games were never a problem, it is "Choose Puzzle" where it would go back to "My Games". The next day I could
only play Crown and Bumps as my last known play. While in one of the 2 games, I would Choose Puzzle, I could hear it load, but the surface screen shows the circling chip and the word "Loading". I could click anywhere while it is loading and hear the chip
sound as if I made the wrong choice. After countless hours uninstalling and WSReset, it still does not work. Once I did not sign in, had reloaded the game app and played from hard to easy, unlocking all the games until I got to BUMPS/CROWN, then it crashed!
From this last game play, I believe if I don't authenticate, I could play Hard/Med but stay away from Easy puzzles.
