Puzzle is completed, but next puzzle is not unlocked.

I completed Turtle puzzle, but it doesn't unlock the next puzzle TriPeak. Please see this screenshot:

Reinstalling Microsoft Mahjong is no use. How can I solve this problem?

Progressing beyond puzzle 20 in Jumble

Why can't I progress beyond puzzle 20 in Word Jumble? I've completed all the words, bonus puzzle, and got a star. When I click next puzzle it brings up Puzzle 20 again.

 

Completed puzzles not being recognized or given credit for

Microsoft Jigsaw no longer recognizes when puzzles are completed and points are no longer credited. When puzzle is completed I need to exit Jigsaw and reopen it. Puzzles display as completed but no longer receiving credit for
completion .

Has this issue been resolved? I am having the same problem going from "bumps" to "crown" on the easy level and "coffee cups" to "ears" on the medium level. I have finished both puzzles numerous times but the subsequent puzzles will not unlock.

 

Having same issue. "Crown" not unlocking after completing "bumps" several times..........

 

I am having the same issue with Easy, Medium and Hard. I managed to unlock all the expert puzzles though. Love the game, hate it when it doesn't work right.

 

I complete puzzles, but next puzzle doesn't unlock. I purchased a yearly subscription. How can I get the next puzzle to unlock as the lock puzzle tells me to play the puzzle that I have already played and completed. Please help!

I'm having the same problem. Not abel to advance in the game. Very frustrating.....

Is there anything I can change in the regestry or is this problem only connected to Xbox?

 

game indicates I have unlocked all achievements. However their are multiple levels that are still locked for me. For example Crown, and Thumbs Up Thumbs Down on the easy levels. Others on Medium, Hard and Expert. Is this because I have played this game across
platforms? (PC, WP8, XBOX). Is it because I completed some levels "offline" on my WP8, and the record of completion never uploaded? I am having no luck opening Crown regardless of time of completion, uniqueness of matches etc. Your help would be appreciated

 

Mahjong is STILL having not able to unlock tiles. I've gotten a refund on my yearly subscription. This game is poorly written!

 

I'm having the same issue, another thread says it is fixed and it isn't, everyone is stuck on the same ones not unlocking. A little support would be nice, if the game were free oh well!! But we paid for this and expect something that works or MS should apply
refunds to everyone that bought this game

I am having this issue as well!! It's very frustrating!! Mine is just the free version, but it's my favorite game!! I feel like this problem is taking way longer to fix than it should..... Or is the upcoming Microsoft update going to fix this problem????
