Puzzle freezes

Discus and support Puzzle freezes in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I have problem with ads freezing puzzle especially Glasses.com ,all black ad box, and all white ad box, these three ads completely freeze the puzzles...     Puzzle freezes


    I have problem with ads freezing puzzle especially Glasses.com ,all black ad box, and all white ad box, these three ads completely freeze the puzzles for the entire time they are on there, have gone thru all procedures suggested by xbox tech Jerric has suggested
    and still to no avail, the puzzles all of them are still freezing. looking forward to a reselution to this problem, thanks - Richard Handy

    Frequent freeze ups, just started

    Previously, I noticed on the largest puzzles, there would occasionally be a temporary freeze up. (I thought it was because of the large number or pieces.) Now it happens on a regular basis, even for puzzles with few pieces. The freeze up or delay occurs
    while moving pieces, and also after you complete the puzzle and the entire picture appears. The freeze lasts up to a minute or more. I use Windows 10. I want to keep using the puzzle, but will have to dump it soon, if the frequent freezes don't stop.

    under landscape painting, the easy puzzle for "summer on the saco" just freezes and I cannot complete the entire set of four puzzles. can anyone help?

    I haven't had a problem for a few days but it's especially bad today. Freezing after every ad. I wonder what the sponsors would think if they were aware of the problems.
