    Jigsaw

    Is there no one there? Can anyone help me with Jigsaw. I have loads of point. When I buy a set of puzzles, I cannot access the puzzles I buy. The download message simply sits there and does nothing. The same thing happens with the daily puzzles. Former
    sets of puzzles that I purchased before are gone and I cannot download them. Is there any reason to believe that life exists elsewhere since I never get an answer to any of these questions?

    Downloading Issues

    Hi, I am unable to download any new puzzles, I used 8500gold bars to get a new group of puzzles and got nothing. It will not download. Could you please fix this problem.

    Ditto. My account is also debited the coins but I'm not getting the puzzles. Even tried downloading the Free puzzles. No change. Download bar shows up, but nothing happens. Is anyone in Tech Support reading these messages?

    Same here. I've downloaded a puzzle collection and nothing, took my coins though. It's impossible for me to open the daily challenges.

    Puzzles will not download

    Thought maybe uninstalling and reinstalling might help. Nope. Now, the puzzles I did have are gone and will also not download.

    Also, just noticed that the Daily Challenges are not downloading either.

    A real pity as I was really enjoying this puzzle game.

    I can only hope that someone is looking at our concerns.
    My problem is the same too. Nothing new puzzle download, nor daily challenges download. Daily challengy is downloding permamently as cca. 10 %. End in this point is stopping. Finally is closing the game window.
