    Puzzle collections disappear and reappear


    In Microsoft Jigsaw, my puzzle collections keep disappearing. Sometimes going out of the program and back in allows them to reappear. Usually, I have to re-boot my computer to get them to reappear. What changes do I need to make to my settings?

    Where is my jigsaw puzzle collection?

    My last response was that the collection reappeared. I completed a puzzle in the collection last night, which unlocked a new puzzle within the collection. Tonight, I decided to begin a new puzzle in that same collection, but it has completely disappeared again!

    The only way I could get the ad to disappear was to close out the program. Then when I reopened the program it reappeared. I notice that it jumps from one game to another in MS solitaire collection.

    I have not been able to download new puzzle collections. Or to re-load the ones I've purchased already that disappeared. Please, I am certain you are able to fix this, yet it continues to be a problem. Thank you for your consideration.

    Yup same bug happening here. Apps disappear and reappear from pins section. Definately needs fixing.
