    This is bogus. I have tried to seek help and no one is listening. the contact info just refers to the other posts with the same problem as mine. No one is happy with this program because it does not work. Why doesn't someone from Microsoft care about
    their product. Puzzle worked the first time I installed it. Then it stalled so I uninstalled it and reinstalled. several times.

    I have a brand new surface go pro with maximum MB and all the power anyone cold ask for. Puzzle still does not work. It keeps disappearing every time I try to select a puzzle. I have tried to send posts also went to MS website to contact help with no
    success. Doesn't anyone care if product is defective. I notice from the available posts I am not the only one having trouble. Microsoft does not seem to care about its customers.

    Freezes every few minutes

    using latest update in Win 10 puzzle freezes regardless of puzzle size. close out and open app and and experience same symptoms!

    very frustrating love the app before the upgrade to larger puzzles. never had the problem before!

    Hi

    I am using W11.

    The problem is with puzzles created from photos. The puzzles that come with the app are fine.

    I have not tried any solutions beyond closing down the app and restarting it.

    Microsoft Jigsaw

    Had the same problem with missing gold purchased puzzle sets and did what the posts suggested. Turned out that the puzzles with reset back to "zero" and our puzzles sets are still missing. Now when we select to see downloadable sets the app crashes.

    Yeah, it seems that every other Tech Preview update seems to break all the modern apps. Since upgrading to 10041, none of the modern apps work with out crashing. In the case of all the Microsoft games, they refuse to log into the Xbox account. Puzzle
    will not download any puzzles and app crashes if you try.
