    This is NOT a bad thing. In this case, the "spying" is in control of the person who owns the Xbox One console (ideally, the homeowner), rather than the government or a complete stranger.

    This setup can't be abused any more or less than any other home-security camera setup can, Listed. I wouldn't worry about it...

    Excellent idea.

    The XBox recignises that an intruder has broken into your home through the Kinect.

    It then powers on fully and attempts to lure the scalliwag into a game of "Destiny" while it contacts local law enforcement agencies.

    Police arrive and nick the cheeky miscreant before he's even level 4.

    Amazing.
