    A friend gave me his account so I could put it in the main Xbox to play with him at the same games. The problem
    is that my console tells me, when I want to do it, that it is possible to do it only 3 times a year. The other problem is that my friend did this action only once.

    PS: I gave my account to a friend and at home it walked and at home I tried with 2 accounts and I can not.

    Also, it is not a good idea to give your account info to anyone, even friends. It does violate the code of conduct and can put you both at risk for being banned.

    Gold is shared between xboxs on the same main console. So all the accounts have to put the xbox as there main.

    If your account is still on the other xbox, try putting it on a usb stick and moving it over to your main xbox that way.
