    Dear Microsoft,

    Recently I had linked my Xbox account with my Epic Games account on PC so then I can purchase V-bucks on the Microsoft Store and then the V-bucks would be on my Epic Games account, that is not the case. When I got onto Fortnite (on PC) there was no V-bucks
    on my Epic Games account, what gives? I spent my $20 Prepaid card for V-bucks and I don't even receive my V-bucks. I wish for you to try to give my V-bucks on my Epic Games account, or give me a full refund, otherwise this would be a waste of time, my own
    money, and I'm just disappointed, just please give me a response ASAP, I either want my V-bucks on my Epic Games account, or a full refund, thank you.

    Have you bought your V-Bucks in a foreign Microsoft store with the spam enter, because Microsoft has banned plenty of players due to that.

    Hey. You should probably try contacting the live support team: Contact Us | Xbox Support

    They should be able to see the past transactions on your account and identify any errors.

    Often times when purchasing through a third party store, it can take a little bit (24-48 hours) before it appears in your account. Comes down to how long it takes for all the different servers to sync up.

    Thank you for replying it means a lot. Yes I play on Xbox series S and in my microsoft order history it says “15th March 2800 V-bucks order completed” But I have not recieved any V-bucks i’m really stuck.
