Pure Imcompetence From a Company Like Microsoft

October 2018 i got my account locked for 14 days for some reason that i dont know , after the 14 days i still didnt had acess to my account and for that reason i contacted the support who sent me a form to recover my account and from that moment until now it has been a rollercoaster with all this situation .

We are on 2022 and i still have no acess to one account that was locked 14 days in 2018 , i got five more accounts locked during this past 4 years not because i did something wrong with the accounts but because someone acused the accounts for being created just to insult the support .

There is no insult against any agent , there is nothing sent or done with the accounts that could cause a permanent ban without advise still the accounts were banned because Microsoft doest know how to deal with the mistakes of their agents.

When i say this i can give a quick sample of it , i requested explanations regarding my accounts multiple times but only last here i got an answer and the explanation " Account currently active. Last enforcement: 4/2/2019 – 14-Day Suspension for Customer Service Harassment ".

I have that account locked since 2018 not 2019 and even if it was in 2019 , 14 days are long gone and no one explained me about the Harassment because i didnt harass anyone plus it says that the account is active but the fact is when i try to log in the account is locked .

Last year i got an email saying my accounts couldnt be recovered due to the time passed from the locks , between the lock and last year i have sent around 20 recovery forms ignored by them which is strange but there are a lot of cases proving it.

I could be here talking and talking about the mistakes done but the point here is , all of this mistakes have caused me a lot of damage in a lot of ways from personal to financial damage.

I lost important emails , i had mixer , twitch with subscriptions and a lot of other things like games , subscritions , achievements etc...

I tried to contact Xbox here were i live but what i got was someone on the phone turning off calls without me saying a word almost , by email i got threats and false information .

For all of this situation i have contacted a lawyer from a costumer rights company and he reached to xbox in order to get explanations and the fact is that a couple of weeks later he reached me and said that there was no point on contacting them again because they had that atitude with him either so the best option would be to move a legal process against Xbox with all the proofs i have.

We agreed that i should try to make a dispute at https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/legal/arbitration/eu-odr?SilentAuth=1&wa=wsignin1.0 and try to solve this outside a court for the last time , i did send it but no answers from them and for that reason i went to the support requesting a contact with the legal team so i could try to reach an agreement or at least expose the situation to see what was their word .

So , at this point all the damage to me was done already and in all this situation what i want are responsabilities like i need explanations too in this whole situation

cant do this if i am not even using the account as an XBOX profile , there are exactly zero interactions with that account and no one can say there are.

I saw this because i got an email showing the enforcement and went to the enforcement website not because i logged the account on anything related to Xbox

Just because you can't sign in on XBox doesn't mean the suspension came from something that happened on XBox. If that account was used anywhere on any Microsoft application or platform to engage in harassment or otherwise bad behavior, you'll get an error message indicating you cannot sign in using that account. In the case you stated above, you tried to use that account on XBox or XBox Live; that's why it says you can't log on to XBox or XBox Live.

Again, it has nothing to do strictly with XBox, but the account as a whole. You'll have to figure out where else you signed in with the account, and then track down what you did/said that could have gotten this account the ban.

In addition to that...why do you have multiple accounts?

Just another example , i am acused here of what you see described but that account was never used on xbox or like an xbox account .

Grave acusations that automatically i cant defend myself of because they even took out the case review thing.

This is just one more reason for me to feel insulted by that company and the worse in all of this is that even if we want to make a complaint there is not a place where you can do it or if like me you do a ODR case they totally ignore it .

looks like this company haves a king on their belly and they feel they can do whatever they want

I dont have to track anything , i know what i do and know very well too that when you make acusations like this you first should show what the person did and let the person defend herself.

The power this people haves is something that shouldnt happen , they sit on a chair ban accounts and act like they dont even give a damm why they do it or if they need to give anyone explanations or not.

My question here is , who pays or is responsible for the mistakes this guys do ?

No one , they dont have to give any information and no one ever knows if there is a mistake or not.

Regarding multiple accounts , i didnt knew we cant have more than one account but looks like for you that is a problem .

Anyway , no i didnt have multiple accounts , all the accounts that were banned were created after the last one was banned because you need to creat one account to have an email , use xbox or contact the accounts \ support team by form .

The situation is very easy , this guys messed up my first account and didnt even answered the forms and after that as soon as i tried to complain about the situation the account i was contacting with was banned .

Basically they tried to shut me up and my complaints because they knew the mess they did
