    Purches and punch cards not giving me my stuff


    Since i got my taxes i have purches and preorderes a bunch of stuff as well as added a year to my account.... i preordered resident evil, ghost recon, and mass effect. Now my preorder punch card is still only showing one preorder... i havent gotten any points
    back on purchases (im supposed to get 2% back with my gold membership) my biggest concerns are the punch cars not at least showing the two that have been released (res evil and ghost recon)

    i have confirmation my reward account is actice . same account and email i use on xbox . ino get credit for purchases

    Hello ON2U SA210,

    You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

    1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at Xbox Live Rewards .

    -or-

    2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
    back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

    Since you are a zero star member, you do not get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).
    However, your recent purchase of Halo Wars 2, while not eligible for MyVIP payback due to being a pre-order, was eligible for the Games on Demand offer, and awarded one punch. That offer requires three eligible purchases to complete and receive offer completion
    Credits.

    Microsoft support gave me link too but I've just tried my 3rd attempt at getting a reply from rewards nothing in email as of all day poor really & the website closes your complaint page after a while so don't know if its still being dealt with or not very poor
