    HI

    i bought 2 dlc expansions for the Generation Zero game, and sent them to my partners brother so he could play with us.

    the money has come out of my account and he got both codes to allow him to download both dlc packs. but he keeps getting the same message pop up saying "something went wrong".

    does anyone know why this happens or how to fix it?
