    okay I need some advice on how to fix this I can't purchase anything on my Xbox one ,even when it's free. It just sits saying working and nothing pops up. Also it won't let me add a payment option , it just sits there with a black screen. I've already reset
    it, deleted and re downloaded my profile and unplugged it. It lets other people purchase stuff though. Any suggestions?

    Yep, if you're banned, you lose everything including any Gold time left, MS points and DLCs.

    Hi thanks for getting back to me I have 500 points but I am unable to spend them on Fifa2012 packs , I have cleared cache , data rebooted as advised by one of your team but nothing works? I am afraid to but more Microsoft points incase I wont be able to
    purchase with them .

    HI, that's right, if you are trying to purchase the game using either xbox.com or the Xbox One, then you cannot use the money from your Microsoft Account. If you purchase the game using a Xbox 360 instead, then you can use the money from your microsoft
    account.
