    I wanted to change my ga,ertag and use the money i put on my account for it. i recently put a 15$ card on it. Whenever i go to buy something it says there was error and it gave a code. i looked up the code but it says there is something wrong with my credit
    card info and im not even using my credit card for the purchase. can someone plz help?

    Yep, if you're banned, you lose everything including any Gold time left, MS points and DLCs.

    Hi thanks for getting back to me I have 500 points but I am unable to spend them on Fifa2012 packs , I have cleared cache , data rebooted as advised by one of your team but nothing works? I am afraid to but more Microsoft points incase I wont be able to
    purchase with them .

    HI, that's right, if you are trying to purchase the game using either xbox.com or the Xbox One, then you cannot use the money from your Microsoft Account. If you purchase the game using a Xbox 360 instead, then you can use the money from your microsoft
    account.
