Purchasing Xbox Live 3 Months?

Hi, I am brand new to the xbox one and i LOVE IT! My question is this.. Can I purchase the xbox live gold for 3 months on my computer? Will it be downloaded to my console?? And if so can I watch netflix without xbox live gold?? Thanks a bunch

Free Killer Instinct or even Xbox One for "dedicated Xbox Gamers"

No email for me either, have about 30k gamerscore and xbox live member from original xbox days with no breaks in between and paid up gold member to 2015 having also preordered a day one xb1 and had to purchase 3 x 360 this generation and thats before purchasing online dlc etc..

Yes, you can purchase gold via the website. It is tied to your account so as long as you're signed into the same account on the website when you purchase the gold it will be available on the console.

Gold is no longer required in order to use apps. You do need a Netflix subscription though.

Also take in account, you have to purchase 3 months subscription. This doesn't apply if you buy a 3 month Xbox live gold card.
