    Purchasing V-Bucks


    I bought 2000 about 20 dollars. And i dont have a xbox but i do have a account for it, Thats linked to my Fortnite account, I really want the skin thats in the shop right now. (Yes its linked to the right xbox account) Wouldnt it give me the vbucks on my
    PC?

    Thank you for reaching out, we'll try our best to answer your question. As long as your Epic account is properly linked to your Xbox, your 2,000 V-Bucks should show up on your PC version as long as you are signed in to the corresponding account.

    I understand your concern in regards to this. By any chance have you tried restarting your PC or tried to log out and log back in to your account to see if the game refreshes and shows up the V-bucks that you've purchased? If not go ahead and give it a try.

    Also, if the v-bucks don't show up you can contact Live Support for further assistance. The best way to contact Live Support is through here:

    It's going to ask if you want help from the virtual agent select
    no thanks,pick the category(Games)and just pick a contact method
    (request a call from support or Chat is faster).

    Hey,

    Fortnite uses it's own virtual currency named V-Bucks.

    You should be able to purchase V-Bucks with your Xbox currency and with those V-Bucks purchase in-game items on Fortnite.

    WHY ARE THE V-BUCKS I PURCHASED NOT SHARED ON ALL PLATFORMS?
    Currently, only PlayStation, Xbox, PC, Android and Cloud Gaming services support the Fortnite Share Wallet. This means that your V-Bucks balance may change depending on which platform you are on. Examples:

    Example 1: 1,000 V-Bucks purchased by PC.

    The restrictions described above only apply to the purchase of V-Bucks. All in-game content purchased with V-Bucks (eg Outfits) is available on all platforms.

    Up until last night, I had the Leviathan axe in Fortnite on xbox (One-handed pick axe) but then today, it's gone! How can I get this back?

    Did you recently request a refund for any of your v-bucks purchases? To check, please sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders to validate.

    Because if we have requests refund for v-bucks the items that was used with that v-bucks will be removed.
